    IIRC Rap God wasn’t a surprise drop. They were posting teasers that was supposed to lead up to the release on the same day but iTunes released it too early or something.

    a few spoken words starting off the song, very similar to lose yourself. “You can do whatever you put your mind too” as the opening spoken word.Guitar chords build, 808’s and beat enters, violins Swell in background. Eminem is rapping like he is preparing for a war against Shady. This is Lose Yourself sequel. With an instantly catchy hook. Themes of resilience and Siezing opportunities. The verses are like battle rap bars mixed with inspirational messaging.
