Putting on wax all the thoughts you’ve kept to yourself for the past 10+ years to play nice with the music industry is. A wayy less defensive take on Kamikaze with Relapse quality production is probably a more appropriate analogy.

May 29, 2024 I know, in the end, it's all about how good the song is - but I do like to see Em do well in hype and streams and views. And it slightly worries me, also being a Kendrick fan, that DJ Hed and Daylyte have been alluding to something coming in the next 24 hours on twitter. Could be nothing, but it'd be so typical for Em to do a roll out for once and get the attention taking away from him a bit. Cos if it's either a song, the video for Not Like Us or anything slightly Drake related - people are gonna be distracted.
May 29, 2024 I think Eminem is fully aware he has to compete with the competition no matter when he drops. That’s the way the sport works, Curry doesn’t move out the way and let Lebron take an open shot to have his moment. Music industry is the same, rap is the same. If anything it’s time for Eminem to step on the shine of others. I’m sure he’s still confident his fans will be tuned in.
