May 30, 2024 Nah don't remember that really, in 2005 I was 13 I didn't really listen to rap back then. But yeah funny thing is Relapse is the first (full) eminem album I heard and release I anticipated (after hearing just eminems hits). Then I went back to the rest of his catalog. Good times!

May 30, 2024 Lose Yourself used to get played like every 30 mins back in 02-04 lmao. I remember waking up early on weekends at like 7am to watch Smackdown, tape recorded from the previous night and constantly switching back and forth between Kerrang, Scuzz and other music channels waiting for an Eminem song lol. Stan would get played a lot too.
May 30, 2024 Funny story, I was in Thailand in 2018 and walking around the streets going into bars for pre-drinks before the beach party later on that night. I was sitting in one bar and very far in the distance I heard something that sounded mad familiar. I was pretty tipsy and I was like I need to follow this sound lol. Started running around the back of random bars and restaurants through their kitchens and s--- going through back doors to follow this clapping sound. When I eventually got there it was some guy blasting Til I Collapse crazy loud from across this tiny a--- street. I just stood there with my friend and smiled lol. Corny af but it really put into perspective the global reach of Eminem's music.
