My mate who, listened to Em growing up but has mainly disregarded him for the past 24 years, since MMLP basically, calls everything corny... is like 'nah this is fkn great', and my sister - same, not disregard him, but, not a huge Em fan, doesn't listen to him, was like... 'this is off the charts brillitant;, and I've showed her other s---... I've not seen a reaction to an Em song like this from non-Em fans even in a while. That's when you know it's great. Because it's transcending s---. Classic incoming. We can sense it anyway. His confidence, way he's rapping, the production, the topics... absolute f---ing classic incoming boys.

May 31, 2024 Few thoughts… He’s having so much more fun with his music in recent years and has finally shed the defensive attitude that dominated most of his music since Kamikaze. Can’t overstate how thrilled I am to hear the return of self deprecating humor…Em’s always been at his best when he aims the pen at himself. I’m not into diagramming flow patterns or rhyme schemes, but the stuff he’s doing on this track is technically f---ing ridiculous. Most importantly, none of the technical wizardry gets in the way of how the music sounds; the multitude of entendres and flow switches don’t once detract from listenability. THIS (more than anything) is reminiscent of the technical abilities of 2002 Eminem.
