Em saying third quarter a bunch in that promo video I truly believe we aren't getting this until August or September. A 6-7 month rollout. What a joke!!!
Jun 12, 2024 Yeah a post is coming tomorrow afternoon. I hope it’s an album cover. As for the image, I just hope it’s minimalist and Clean. Similar to Recovery, MMLP or the Eminem show where it’s just Marshall in a setting. Recovery was him walking an empty road, a very obvious metaphor for the popular saying Road to Recovery. MMLP was him on the streets, becuase it symbolizes Marshall still feeling like he is from the streets even tho he reach unprecedented fame with My Name is. The Eminem Show is him on a stage as he is now a Megastar. MMLP2 was his Dresden home, revisiting the foundation of what made him Eminem. Kamikaze was a homage to the bestie boys biggest album, but also a literal Japanese kamikaze plane as Em struck back at the hate he received from revival. Revival cover was him ashamed of America voting for trump. I don’t like the MTBMB cover cuz it looks kinda cheap, the blood stains running down is the best part of it. But the Alfred Hitchcock suit with em in the corner looks out of place. I would have like it if it was just red with the blood effects on it. Anyways, in conclusion I want the DOSS to just be Em or shady in a graveyard, huddled up like he is on the MMLP cover. Like a farm by frame matching of the MMLP 1 album would be great fanservice. Or if they remade SSLP with a modern filter and coloring enhanced, I’d be satisfied

Jun 12, 2024 Houdini hits 100,000,000 plays on Spotify by tomorrow (if it hasn’t already) and it has only been just under 2 weeks since release. The hype is clearly standing, they need to strike soon. TDOSS having a song with 100,000,000 streams already is major. They have something special here, I just hope they don’t fumble it by going radio silent for another week or so

I remember when that Jimmy Kimmell thing dropped everyone on this forum thought we would get the album within 2-3 months. Now we are sitting in Mid June talking about August/September. Now we find out today that we still have to wait another 60-100 days for this album? Blasphemy. I blame everyone that cried about surprise drops for making us deal with a 6-8 month rollout!!!!!
