Jun 14, 2024 Yah Castle/Arose is just simply some of his best work.. The passion and just his raw emotion is incredible.. Obviously the story bein true makes it hit even harder.. And even in this raw emotional journey he takes the listener on he still has some of the sickest bars and rhyme schemes thrown in it.. Just the way he starts Arose with the.. “If I can REWIND time like a TAPE. Inside a BOOMBOX, one day for every pill or PERCOCET/PER CASSETTE that I ate. Cut down on the VALIUM/VOLUME, I’da HEARD everything, but death is turning so DEFINITE/DEAF wait.. I mean seriously no one can get on this man’s level.. He’s the greatest to ever do it and always will be.. That song has so much more in it and a lot of people don’t even notice cuz of just how raw the story is.. Bravo Em! Just a masterpiece imo..

Jun 14, 2024 if anything I think Framed is slightly overrated. Sounds like the things I hate about MMLP2 with a little Relapse style over it. It never really sounded like Relapse, it's only the vibe of the song

Jun 14, 2024 Half-arsed track. Either make it sound like a Relapse song or don’t bother. What made Relapse great, was that it was its own thing and nothing has ever sounded anything like it. Framed just using the concept and not with anything else that made Relapse unique.

Jun 14, 2024 My only issue with Castle/Arose is that it should’ve been on Recovery. I would’ve loved him doing it after those incidents were more recent. I get how it fit into Revival but it seemed kind of random at the same time.
