May 26, 2024 The thing is, a rock inspired modern Em song would sound nothing like SFTM. We've seen what a "Rock" inspired Em sounds like with Rick Rubin. We got garbage like Love Game
May 26, 2024 So the Message was from slim shady to everyone. He has one ist Trick in him before his Death. Plot Starts to thicken
May 26, 2024 I honestly don't hate Love Game, it's definitely not great though. I did enjoy the tempo of the mmlp2 rock beats, they were WAY more inspired than the Revival rock s---.
May 26, 2024 Love Game and So Far were absolute a---. Both entirely produced by Rubin. The rock songs were the worst imo Berzerk was pretty good tho

May 26, 2024 Berzerk and Rhyme Or Reason were prob the 2 best rock songs from that album. He go hyper autism mode on the last verse of Berzerk tho and it's kinda wack lmao
May 26, 2024 I’ve never liked Berzerk that song has always just been obnoxious af to me. Rhyme or Reason is cool.
May 26, 2024 All in Your Head was a "rock inspired" MMLP leftover and it was a lot better than any of the Rubin rubbish. It was still mediocre though, in part due to Em's poor rapping, but also due to the very midish rock sample (Zombie was never a great song by any means). Eminem's rapping has improved quite a deal since then so I have no doubt that with the right rock sample he could potentially pull a classic out of his hat. There will never be another SFTM but I could easily see him topping something like Crazy in Love.
