    Eminem is the better rapper, but 2-Pac is the better Artist. He's my favorite of all time

    2Pac remained consistent through out his career. Eminem had one of the greatest runs in history from 99-03. But after that there was a quality dip. Technically speaking I feel Eminem is a better rapper. The way he bends words on ShadyXV was amazing but for me, it didn't make for good music. 2Pac on the other hand is a just a great artist. Every one of his albums is consistent. I guess the real question is Who's better, Em from 99-03 or 2Pac.

    This is one of the most overused statements when it comes to Pac vs Biggie, etc.
