    The flow may not be as smooth as it used to be but It’s definitely the right direction.. You can actually understand wtf he’s saying on first listen for once! He’s not goin a million miles an hour tryin to prove he can “rap”.. It’s like he’s just talking again and that’s when he was at his best.. It just isn’t quite as smooth yet.. Have a great feeling about this album.. Enjoyed the single

    With Em he's always wanted the respect. He got that respect from 1999-2003, fell off then released Encore (lazy and unmotivated album) and only went downhill from there. Recovery was a step in the right direction but it wasn't his best work lyrically and I think he knew that too. The thing is it was hailed as his big come back (which in a sense, it was) and I think that made him more relaxed for the next album which in turn was his most uninspired drag of an LP to date..

    He wants that respect and admiration back. It clearly means a lot to him. I'm happy he's been using the internet and talking to people other than his yes men because it means we might get a great post hiatus album FINALLY. Just wish he had this realization sooner because his voice and flow is a chore to listen to

    Preachhhhh, the lyrics behind the song has to mean something, enough of the random Eminem rapping about random s---... hope we get more songs like this

    The song and interview really make me think he’s confident in this album since he’s so aware of what everyone’s been saying. He sees how hard people have been on him and it’s taken a toll on him I don’t think he’d put something out that he didn’t completely feel was great at this point.

    It's also refreshing to see that someone can put out a lead single without a huge instrumental or singalong chorus (state of today's genre and expectations).

    If this is understood as a song, not a hip hop track, then you understand it's worth.

    I don’t have much time to stay and talk on here until Monday my time. Song is not bad from one listen. Will be interesting to see everyone’s opinions. It’s a very emotional song. Also saw someone mention an interview but I didn’t know there was one and now I have to go search for s---
