Feb 15, 2018 It does to me when it's THAT conflicting. Something can be not cohesive but it's just like... a bit flawed. But to be that all over the place?... Nah. Also yeah there are some good songs, but I don't even feel like returning to the good ones. Like, even the good s--- from it I don't LOVEEE like I did good s--- from MMLP2 or even Recovery. It's just very underwhelming and very random and badly put together. Like, it's not 'actual trash' if we're talking really dumb s--- like Lil Yacthy or w.e, , As obviously... it's Eminem. So you still have some amazing rapping, great writing, ideas etc. but for Eminem it's trash, and just as an album... it's at least 'bad'. Like, I can't even give it average. I grew up on albums though. I can't ever look at albums as just individual songs. Even if every individual song was great, which I nearly consider to be the case with MMLP2 - as an album it's bad. It's not consistent, it has no sonic identity, it's random and clashing.
