This is why I never borrow money and I never lend anyone any.
Borrowing money makes me feel like a bum. The entire time I owe someone something, I have this dark cloud over my head and the feeling as though I'm not allowed to live my own life until I return the money.
I never lend anyone any money, because humans aren't trustworthy. Every person is different and can be a piece of s--- who's gonna come up with excuses and not pay you back.

Which is why if you want to borrow money, get a f---ing loan from a bank or companies that give you credit/small loans.
There will be a rate of interest present, but this boy is willingly throwing a bonus in there anyway. So he would've been better off just getting a loan officially, on paper. Unless he's underage.
Then this post has been a waste of time.

I'm fairly certain paypal doesn't charge for paypal to paypal transfer, but i've never sent anyone money overseas.

I do pay 3$ each time I withdraw money though. So I feel you.
