    I'd take an album like Relapse to close things up. No doubt. Dre beats, amazing flows.

    He can still perform his old songs but there's no way he can create a new song that flows like he used to. Genuinely don't think he knows what sounds good now with flow, delivery etc. Sort of agree that content-wise the song in OP is similar to to his recent stuff but he rode the beat so much better back then that is sounds infinitely better.

    Well I feel like on record he really tries to capture that raw feeling.. Like he doesn't do anything to his vocals and I think it sounds terrible.

    Agreed. But even if he released this exact song right now, with the same flow it would still be trashed by has fans because of the content. He/we can't win!
