Apr 2, 2015 Can anyone explain what drugs he was actually taking during Encore? Like benzos? I remember seeing him on BET 106 & Park and 50 had to basically carry him through it. Wasn't he was drinking, smoking weed, taking painkillers and ecstasy during his first three albums? Either way both were let downs. Encore was so disappointing following three great albums. Relapse was a let down because it was supposed to be his comeback album, and although no one knew what to expect, no one saw the accent/psycho s--- coming. I thought he would have had a lot more to say on Relapse after all the s--- that happened, more like the bonus tracks and Deja Vu. I still hate Underground with a passion, just disrespectful to use that intro.

Apr 2, 2015 P sure he was abusing prescription drugs like xannies, oxy, s--- like that. Because ecstacy and weed dont really f--- you up like that, and he was drinking before his comeback anyway.
Apr 2, 2015 That interview was soooooo bad lol. He dropped his note card things like 80 times. But I always thought had he dropped recovery as his first comeback album then relapse second, each would've been better received
Apr 3, 2015 Εncore had the potential to be a classic and not even with the same recipe as in the past albums.. I mean the feeling and the atmosphere the songs had at this time it's one of the things that I love about this album.. If it wasn't for the leaks it would have been a lot different.. And I thing songs like big weenie or my 1st single would problably be leftovers that they just put on to fill the list without the leaks..
Apr 3, 2015 Just realised the thread starter was only 8 years old when relapse dropped. Stay wide awake, Underground, deja vu, 3AM,Same song and dance, insane are the best of relapse and if we include refill theres more.

I honestly think it's one of Em's worst songs ever, the lyrics couldn't be worse and to me it sounds like a desperate failed attempt to bring back the old Shady. The beat's fine and chorus is okay but the verses are awful. Enough oxi-cotton to send a f---ing ox to rehab jack--- o-- to a hockey mask at a boxing match Faggidy, faggidy, fagidy, ragidy Ann and Andy, NO! Ragidy, Andy and Andy Slim Shady s--- sounds like a fable to me Until he jumps out of the f---ing toilet when you're taking a pee.
