Jan 9, 2017 Maybe he lost that with Proof.... as he said they would always tell each other when something was wack. Oh, but Encore. Never mind. (Well with that said, doesn't mean Em always had to listen even if they did say it was wack. He may have just been like 'f--- you it's dope' cause he was high). But yeah, hope Em has some critical people around him right now. He needs honest ears. I would have thought he would be the type to seek it and put those kind of ears around him anyway, quite surprise 'nobody ever gave me negative feedback'. Maybe the loss of the Bass Bros was a big one too. Pretty much stopped working with them properly after TES.
Jan 10, 2017 I wonder how Blaze confidently tells this story but somehow couldn't get Em to change the first verse on You're Never Over. Subject matter was non existent on that verse
Jan 11, 2017 You would need that feedback to improve, constructive criticism is important as f--- in anything you're trying to learn/improve at
Jan 15, 2017 Just Blaze production on Recovery was terrible the worst production he has ever done Imagine he big opportunity he got at this point Em was doing all the production himself but on this album decided to branch out and Just Blaze gets a chance and does some poor production
Jan 15, 2017 How would him making good music that he usually makes, meaningful music with a message , catchy music, personal lyrics, him doing all his hooks himself (his strong point), using his traditional 2002 Eminem Show slow melodic flow mean he will overdose?
Jan 15, 2017 No s--- hes surrounded by yes men. Why did you even make this thread we all know this already lmao
Jan 22, 2017 ""Yeah, Em, tight verse, you killed it" f---ing d--- dealers hang around me like yes men And they gonna do whatever I says when I says it"
