    I think the album is a lost art to a lot of people, in any genre. Lazy music listeners, not just hip hop

    But yeah, love the current state of rap.

    Not even just these two.
    Sure the production is different on each Future release, but Future sounds exactly the same-raps about similar topics on each one.
    Young Thug certainly has his moments, but again he's so oversaturating his sound. "I'm Up" is probably his most interesting sounding project

    Other rappers guilty of doing it:
    Curren$y (and he's been one of my favourites)
    Lil Boosie
    Gucci Mane
    Hus Kingpin
    Rick Ross (although slowed up as of late)

    For real, if you want your artist to release multi projects every year, it's probably because their music holds no real replay value.
