Lol. He didn’t have to be petty towards Nick.

But, the way that first section of that verse ended made it make sense wordplay wise

Slow flow. No yelling. The modern Em tried to come out but he kept the flow consistent. Not mad

Won’t lie though I wanted to hear more.

If he’s going in this direction for his new album I need it now. ASAP

Yes it was 100% recorded in Kamikaze sessions lol it just sounds more like the TES era flow. He rhymes everything from like halfway through the second verse obsessively which is clearly recent Em. Not to mention the references he makes

Framed was also recorded during Revival, it wasn’t a leftover from Relapse. He wouldn’t pull out a leftover from an album he’s openly hated on. He can change up his style pretty drastically

He’s really cutting down on the filler lines too (even though people exaggerate how many he has) which is great too

The fact he’s actually getting better at writing at nearly 50 years old is amazing to me. He sounds so motivated

Honestly think most of the hate comes from people who gave up on Em and just don't want to admit they were wrong to have done so.

I mean its not even debateable that Em is rapping the best hes done since probably 03. Anyone with functioning ears can hear it. Em is in another prime

tbh some of his flows on MMLP2 were even better than those on Relapse. Flow on Baby >>>

this choppy flow everyone hates originated from Shady XV. And anyone who thinks Em can't flow like he used to, do me a favour and listen to the Ringer again. His verse after the beat switch sounds like something from The Eminem Show era. (inb4 Enigma claims it was written in 2003).

So in my opinion, he does this choppy flow because, idk, maybe he likes rapping like that.
