    I saw this badass anime once where during the fight scenes they'd show bones coming through the skin with like xray shots and gratuitous amounts of blood and s--- and so forth but I've never been able to find it again

    Seraph of the end is brutal-ish and f---ing great. Attack On titan is aswell but you probably watched that @NyKill

    Elfen lied was pretty incredible, i always thought an elfen lied fighting game would be cool, street fighter style but with the vectors and all....

    People who were used as an experiment developing supernatural 'arms' that can attack and f--- people up, a somewhat normal guy is thrown into this conspiracy/experiment and has to deal with figuring out what is happening
    This synopsis really doesnt do it justice though....

    it's kinda hard to explain but basically human science projects with invisible weapons called vectors and it's just chaotic, a woman loses her head episode one

    I'll check it out when I'm finished watching Kanon, It sounds like it deserves a chance

    Not sure if I'll completely dig it though, I'm more of a slice of life person

    Well it's pretty short so if you dont like it you dont have to spend too much time on it....
    Only problem i had with it was all the fan service....

    I usually dislike h scenes

    They're mostly out of place and have no effect on the overall story

    Yeah it has some of those, but it still has more then enough good points to justify watching it, it's definitely worth watching at least....
