Jun 22, 2015 dat smirk We never got to find out what happened to Maergary after she was thrown into prison, I wonder if that's where she still is in the books as well.
Jun 22, 2015 I should try again, but I'm young. I've got enough albums and movies to get through to last the rest of my life.
Jun 22, 2015 Stannis: The show destroyed his character but he's great in the books. Smart, cynical, dedicated. Tyrion: One of the smartest characters in the show/book. Always has some sort of comeback and loves hookers and alcohol. Jon Snow: The quintessential hero in the story. Bronn: Bronn is perfect for this world. He fights dirty, makes sure he's always compensated for his work and knows when not to fight (ie, he declined Tyrion's Trial By Combat against The Mountain because either he died or lost all of his money and titles that Cersei gave him). And most of these characters come from noble or royal houses. Bronn is the only dude who grew up in the hood and worked his way out of the hood. Hood n----s and Hip Hop fans can appreciate that. Roose: He betrayed Robb but it was either that or die alongside of him because of his poor decision-making. He's a despicable character but like Bronn, he's perfect for this world. He's also a much more diplomatic version of Ramsay. Ramsay is a bloodthirsty sociopath and Roose has some of those tendencies himself but he also understands that you have to be discreet and tactful if you want to maintain a high position.
Jun 22, 2015 You have to see both of those shows in their entirety to be able to discuss GOAT show. Both would be in my top 5 with The Wire being #1. I know the feeling though when you start a show and don't want to sit through another 4+ seasons. It's exactly how I feel about Mad Men. In order for me to explain why it's not nearly as good as The Wire, I know I have to get through it. Back on topic, I forgot about how bad Sam has been. Jaqen was good at the beginning but I feel he's fallen off the hardest. That smirk might put Maergary back in my top 5!
Jun 22, 2015 go f--- yourself if you dislike Joffery, he was a true king...if he was the king in s5 you think those holy c---- woulda done s---? the moment they tried to take his wife/mom...they woulda been slaughtered on the spot...joffery gets s--- done
Jun 22, 2015 Sure and I have the same mentality But TV history is nothing compared to music, or even film. Sopranos indisputable top 5 OAT so far. Try again b4 u try other shows lol.
Jun 22, 2015 There's a woman at work who looks exactly like her (at least to me). I took up extra paralegal work just to talk to her every now and then lmao You're spot on about the smile/face being what makes both of them so, idk, alluring I guess haha
Jun 22, 2015 He was goat everytinw he was on screen, that's gotta count for something Bronn deff underrated as well
Jun 22, 2015 Except for the time it mattered most. And yeah I don't see how anyone couldn't love Bronn.
Jun 22, 2015 He was goat then too, just made one tiny (huge) f--- up! Happens to the best of us @FullSpeed Thanks for pointing out the typos! Most useful thing you've done all day!
Jun 24, 2015 Guys please don't hate rollie pollie Olly, he's just a kid I hope that the rest of these crows die horribly though. I always liked all the Lannisters (except from joffrey), they are very interesting characters and especially Tyrion and Jamie become likeable quite soon, after a rough start. I also like Arya and the Tyrell ladies. I didn't really like Ned, he's a good guy and an important character but these "lawful good" types only work in rpg's nowadays. I don't like Sansa because she's a tool, Theon was a bitter piece of s--- but when he became Reek I stopped hating him.
