TV Favorite TV shows ever?

    A few months ago I watched all of it having never seen it before (I didn't have HBO in the 90s & early 2000's) so I was finally able to watch this show. and f---, binge watching it was a horrific & exhausting experience. So much shock value, I mean in the first episode of the show you are introduced to Dino Ortolani who you are expecting to be the main character, but then he's out of the picture by the end of the first episode. There is so much over the top death, inmates getting r---d, inmates getting beat up or injured, constant bickering and confrontations

    What a slew of great characters.. I mean there's Ryan O'Reily, the smartest and most manipulative, and one of the lone survivors on the show, there's the intelligent Kareem Said, there's the beast Adebisi, there's Augustus Hill, there's Beecher, who imo has the best character development of the whole show, the evil schillinger, Burr Redding, Jefferson Keane, Williams Giles, etc...

    I will say that some of the gay s--- is kind of a bit much sometimes, and some of the deaths really are crazy and make no sense but it's still an awesome show. Great TV.

    Seasons 1-4 is classic material and I have no problem putting those seasons up against The Wire Breaking Bad or The Sopranos.
