The link on movietube.cc works for it.
Dope as f---! Kinetic, muscular and inventive action filmmaking with a striking degree of visual clarity. While some may find it somewhat lacking in character or plot, Theron certainly makes for a memorable and commanding presence and there's just enough peripheral world-building to bring color to the set pieces.

At Cannes, I saw "masterpiece" thrown around quite a bit for Weerasethakul's latest today, though a small few felt he might be repeating himself. Also sounds like Inside Out might be something of a return to form for Pixar.

Cemetery of Splendour & Carol are far and above my most anticipated from the festival.

I love The Dissolve. Generally my go-to site for festival coverage. Plus they just gave their second ever five-star review to Mad Max Fury Road. First one was to Boyhood, I think. Another thing to note, the discussion it generates in the comments is a welcome sight and the writers constantly engage in those discussions.

Those plus The Lobster for me. Also really interested in hearing how The Assassin from HHH turns out.

I like The Dissolve though I prefer Slant for reviews and believe ReverseShot has the best writing. The Dissolve just has so much more content and features than the others.

Agreed on both of those. I'm also really interested in the new Jia Zhang-ke and Michel Franco. The festival overall though is seeming like it won't be as strong as last year's.

Btw, Celine Sciamma's Girlhood is now on Netflix Instant!

I'm also with Twan on Slant & ReverseShot being the best publications out. s/o Ignatiy tho.

Good looks! I missed Girlhood while in theaters.

Yeah, I've gotten that vibe too. Despite the big names, there doesn't seem to be as many films generating really impassioned responses, whereas last year had Winter Sleep, Mommy, Two Days One Night, Timbuktu, Goodbye to Language, etc. all earning their share of raves. Ignatiy's Cannes diary for the AVClub has been pretty good, but I don't think he's rated anything over a B+ yet.

The Dissolve is great. Only time I remember genuinely disagreeing with one of their reviews was when they trashed Birdman

That's the word on the street! With four films left, sounds like The Assassin, Carol and Son of Saul are the main Palme contenders.

On perhaps somewhat of a pseud tip, I'm kinda looking forward to Sicario. Ignatiy liked it, plus I like political thrillers, Roger Deakins and Emily Blunt (and needed a reason to post the Edge of Tomorrow gif)

So Carol at the top of Indiewire Cannes Critic Poll. The Lobster, Son of Saul, Cemetary of Splendour and Arabian Nights round out the top 5

Love and Mercy is pretty dope.
