Was saying that earlier, i think the potential is there with Lingard, Rashford, Pogba, Baily and Mensa. It started going downhill when Fergie left but im pretty sure thats when the formation changed from 442...


The massive defeat today will pretty much destroy all their confidence and if they get rushed by City on Wednesday, d--- i dont even want to think about it lol.

Arsenal are actually looking kinda decent, but they have their usual bottling mentality, so they'll have a period where they're only dropping points before they start winning and fall just short at the end of the season. I also doubt Liverpool, United and Chelsea's ability of staying consistent.
City are going through some s--- atm, but imo Pep is the best manager in the world, so I hope he'll get back on track and win the title.

but yeah, like ur saying @Flacko, it's hard as f--- to call this season.

Pogba's nomination is bs in the first place. This was obviously done because of popularity.

While he was decent at juventus, he was s--- at the euros and is currently being s--- for ManU.


Pique's absence however is even more glaring, considering that Ramos hasn't actually been better than him this year, and since the start of the season has in fact been massively inferior .

I will probably make a ballon dor thread later @SoccerSXN I can make a few cases for messi (who deserves it most), Ronaldo (the next, best thing, except maybe besides...) and Griezeman. Nobody else stands a realistic chance of winning. Suarez wont win because of copa absenteeism, bale simply needs to play more etc.

Well s---. Atletico were beaten again. And Celta actually beat Valencia. If I was a betting man I would lose a lot of money.

Would be my usual response. But messi is back to Argentina and they face Brazil (with everyone) in a desperate match. So I'm expecting fireworks.

Barca sevilla match was f---ing epic. Messi being the only reason we won, Neymar amusingly flopping most of the game (still had good moments), and Sergi Roberto giving away the goal, yet surprisingly being our second best player otherwise. Not to mention Denis Suarez practically being the engine of any non messi related attacks we attempted.
