Real Madrid has a lot more political power in Spain that Barcelona could ever dream of attaining.

UEFA is certainly going to investigate how PSG were able to get the funds to trigger his release clause once the transfer window is over though. PSG has already broken UEFA's financial fair play rules once recently. If they are caught again breaking the rules, they could get kicked out of champions league lol.

And f--- either league telling us to
Clause wasn't paid by PSG. Clause was paid by Neymar himself , so PSG are technically signing him on a free. It's a little loophole that can be used.

No these are the players that we are interested in... I guess theyre tired of being disappointed not getting the top talent so they aim low.

Blame Pogba and Utd. If they paid a more reasonable price of 70-80 million then the market wouldn't be like this.

Lucrative spending has been a thing since football began, Barca & Napoli broke world records for Maradona back in the 80s (before inflation struck the world of course). Heck even when Barca sold Luis Suarez to Inter that was considered nuts back in the 60s. Teams have followed Real's business plan of that era, it brought in a s----ton of fans & money (sadly not much on-field success)

Transfer fees are too magnified nonetheless, the big clubs earn back the revenue either way and even back then those exorbitant transfers were reasonable considering the talent that was brought in. Wage structures in football are even worse, compare Arsenal's to Manchester City if you want your mind blown.

I don't think people realize just how much of d-ck move Neymar leaving is.

People might think it's that we are salty is why we hate neymar, and that simply isn't true. No, Barcelona was slowly destroying our philosophy. The shift from midfield dominance to pure attacking football under Enrique was done explicitly to support neymar. The board put up with his constant blackmailing and made him the second highest earner at the club. On the pitch, we put up with his constant ball loss and slow down of the play because it's just his style, contrary to our own as it is. We shifted the entire view of barcelona from that of the holy trident in midfield to the MSN. An entire rebranding of what this club represents, and all because we were stupid enough to think that neymar would be here for the long term.

News just came in that Dani alves was persuaded to join PSG by neymar. And he never told us anything. HE waited until after his loyalty bonus was oer before he made his intentions known. And now we are at this stage of the market with that huge gap with everyone hiking up prices because they know how desperate we are, while neymar goes to a piss easy league, pockets the check of his life, prepares to sue us for "loyalty fees" and this after years of him and his father blackmailing the club to make s--- signing for Neymar's father, and contract extensions.

Neymar's father has been paid more money from Barcelona then Lionel messi has received in the same period. And this is what we get, in this manner.

They f----- us, and this is why we hate Neymar. Because he f----- the club while he was here (why some fans wouldn't reject selling him before), and he f----- us with his exit. He planned it, and he and his dad receives a nice payday for f---ing us.

Expect pig's heads to be thrown if he shows back up at the nou camp.

No need to blame individual clubs its just a disgusting trend thats happening. In a few years paying 200 mil is probably an everyday thing.

and like I said, players will be so expensive that the clubs will have to use more of their academy players because they will spend most of their money for one player
