Saw this the other day, idk if VAR is the answer but some form of video replay needs to be implemented, Sane was fortunate not to get hurt even worse than what it could have been. They can't let viscous challenges be unpunished like that.

Arsenal got a very good player make no mistake, in fact Ozil-Miki + Laca/Yang is pretty brutal on paper. How will it work in an uneven team remains to be seen.

Err I'm no Arsenal proponent but they are a much, much bigger club; global appeal, Premier League revenue and world-wide broadcasting. Not to mention the fact Herbert Chapman revolutionized football back in pre-WW2 at Arsenal.

But what you are on the right track is they suffer from a similar drawback--a very stubborn frugal board of directors. Zorc is notorious for being a cheap bum in Germany and refused to offer bigger contracts to those star players, Dortmund have a huge list of stars that left for either Bayern or elsewhere. Sounds awfully familiar to a certain North London club (up until now since these recent two transfers + Ozil's apparent contract bump signal maybe a new policy?)

borussia and arsenal are both feeding clubs, they feed their rivals with all these great players lol but like I said, I would rather play for borussia than arsenal

There has been many dreadful performances this season, especially in the last month.

Arsenal went all out to buy a quality striker. Chelsea need one as well... lets get their 3rd option, the one they dont need anymore.

Here is another thing to sync in. Under Conte we have lost Diego Costa, Matic and Ake. Lets hope that Hazard and Courtois aren't added to that list.

I love and admire Conte's passion for the game, he's a fan favourite as well. Last season was so enjoyable. But this is Chelsea, he is not performing up to standard.

I don't think the board/president is performing up to standard, that's why Michael Emenalo sporting director left in the first place. It's not all Conte's fault.

True, overall I'm not 100% blaming it on Conte. But if Conte had his way, we woulda signed Andy Carroll lmao

It just sucks that we had a world class player in Costa and for him to not see eye-to-eye with Conte; making him leave was devastating for me. Chelsea fans absolutely loved Costa.
