    it's not conte's fault. Chelsea's board has been horrendous for the past I don't know how many seasons. There is a reason why Ancelotti,Mourinho,Conte etc. had a fallout with the board and the club

    Nobody said it's all of his fault. He should have watched his f---ing mouth and shoudn't jump around like a f---ing clown whenever his team scores a goal even against subpar teams tho. I don't feel bad for him at all.

    The board certainly isnt perfect... they have no loyalty to managers and players (i was frustrated they wouldnt give Terry a contract). However, they always act quickly when s--- hits the fan. This is kinda why we've been the most successful English club in the last decade.

    Just look at Arsenals loyalty to Wegner, other than winning FA Cups, they havent had any success in the Premier League and Champions League in a long time by keeping him.
