Jun 4, 2016 It'd technically be r--- since the woman is not 100% consent about her decisions and the man is (allegedly) taking advantage of that I do believe both groups are wrong though
Jun 4, 2016 Look I know you're on your cute little "anti-PC" kick but there absolutely exist elements in our society elements that: -- Teach men that r--- is acceptable under certain circumstances/fail to educate them properly -- Dissuade women from coming forward when they're r---d And a whole host of other contributing factors.
Jun 4, 2016 I shouldn't have to do this, anyone should be able to look at the outside world and see how it's stacked against women in this instance. https://www.buzzfeed.com/katiejmbak...read-to-her-ra?utm_term=.ei31o6ROj#.oteDN1AZB
Jun 4, 2016 I wholeheartedly agree with you but my soul dies a little bit everytime I see you linking Buzzfeed lol
Jun 4, 2016 lol, man...I dunno how you could spin a guy making an argument that implies you should only have sex with sober people is actually "part of the problem" when it comes to r---.
Jun 4, 2016 Giving me a single example of someone who WAS sentenced to prison for sexual assault, doesn't point to a r--- culture. And light sentences don't just exist in r--- trials. I wanted you to elaborate on your statement that "our society teaches us that r--- is ok."
Jun 4, 2016 That isn't his argument, his argument is that if two people make a bad decision and decide to consent to sex while under the influence, that makes it r---. It doesn't, it just makes it a bad decision, one that both parties consented to. It honestly makes me uncomfortable that, under any pretense, you're fine with considering consenting sex as r---.
Jun 4, 2016 if banging drunk girls falls under the definition of r--- then the word has lost all meaning
Jun 4, 2016 Look at how that woman was questioned during the trial. Why does what she was wearing have any bearing on whether or not she should be r---d? Whether she, as a habit, enjoyed going to parties? Do you sincerely not believe that American culture fosters, enables, and protects rapists to varying degrees?
Jun 4, 2016 I'm not. But there are roughly 40 thousand factors that lead to r--- being such an epidemic in America and suggesting men not sleep with drunk girls is not one of them. That's all.
Jun 4, 2016 If implying that you shouldn't take advantage of the mental, physical and emotional state of a individual just to bust a nut is spreading misinformation I guess most people should begin to follow suit No Skippy, this was his question: This is implying that the man is sober and the woman is drunk, The Prototype added the "if both are drunk" scenario
Jun 4, 2016 if shes passed out then yes its r--- because it's not consensual if shes intoxicated and is banging somebody she usually wouldn't sober, she still agreed to it so it is by definition consensual
Jun 4, 2016 Wow good thing I didn't say that then. I said he's part of the problem, as in the problem of trying to make r--- seem like an ambiguous thing. I'm with you that's its cut and dry, if both parties aren't consenting it's r---. So if both parties do willingly consent then no matter the circumstance it isn't r---, and it makes me just as uncomfortable labeling a drunk guy having sex a r--ist as it does calling a r--- victim a liar, it's unwarranted hate that doesn't help solve the issue and therefore is part of the problem.
