Jun 4, 2016 Ok, please tell me how. No snark, I genuinely have no earthly clue how in the scenarios I provided, it could be construed as r---. Ok, sure, so getting a woman drunk in order to lower her inhibition is r---. I get that, and see no problem with. If both parties are drunk to a significant degree, however, does it balance itself out and become not r---? Again, genuinely asking. If you still consider it r---, then lay it out for me in laymens terms cuz I'm not getting it. The problem is, you haven't explained it yet. You literally said I was wrong and that's it. I'm frustrated because I'm genuinely concerned that something I might naively believe to be ok might actually be r--- and instead of being guided along and having s--- explained to me it's just a battle of wits. I'm not adverse to being wrong, but like I need to be told how beyond "you're wrong."

I'm saying like let's say I'm at a party and I'm lit and there is a girl who is also lit and we both wanna f--- does that make me a r--ist in some way because I got that vibe from some people's posts and if that's so then I need it laid out for me in baby terms because I don't see it.

People disagreeing about a topic with about 100 layers of grey area, doesn't mean people think r--- is ok. Please, make a poll and ask if people think r--- is ok under any circumstance. There are so many variables to the scenario we're discussing. Are both parties drunk? How drunk? Was the guy feeding the women drinks? If saying yes to sex isn't enough, then what other actions should be taken? These are all questions that can be asked without jumping to the conclusion that our society is fine with r---.

If a man comes across a passed out woman behind a dumpster (or upstairs at his frat house) and has sex with her, it's r---. If a man comes across a girl far drunker than he is and has sex with her, that's r---. If a man coerces a woman into having sex with him--or to drink enough/do enough drugs to the point where she can't properly consent, that's r---. Haven't I already run your dumb a--- off the board? Again, I can't believe how cloistered you would have to be to think that it's "jumping to a conclusion" to point out that our society fosters rapists. No wonder you're voting for Trump.
