    No, not the same.

Must Be Nice > Drake's discography.

Plenty more who have their own sound. G-Eazy does not.

G-Eazy has talent but These Things Happen is not a very good display of it (besides his production of course). I started listening to G-Eazy in early 2012 and got to meet him later that summer. "The Endless Summer" is a fantastic project by him with a unique style for those of you who haven't heard much from him. Then he dropped the "Must Be Nice" EP that had a lot of enjoyable songs on it but I still considered Endless Summer better. He released a ton of B-Sides before he dropped "These Things Happen" and I find myself listening to those a whole lot more than the actual album. It had the potential to be really good, but the final song selection for deciding what made the album really f----- it up. Like @JFK stated, a majority of the songs they chose were the generic sounding ones that catered to the teen girl population.

"When it comes to raps you can't touch me like a cactus"
    That was short lived.

Yeah, with a great flow, cocky delivery, and buttery voice (pause).

Still listening, but this guy can do everything but rap. He isn't lyrically exciting and does nothing content-wise to be different. He doesn't even really have a delivery. His voice is corny. His style is so generic. He is a less cool version of rappers who made the sound he's doing. Maybe it's just me, but I can't like bad rappers. The worst rappers are the ones without an an identifiable personality. He makes decent music and has a niche. He is a horrible rapper.

I agree Must Be Nice probably would have been the more appropriate album to post in terms of people listening to him for the first time. That album is far better than These Things Happen but TTH was his most recent album and it does have some hits on it. I think his style isn't for everyone and I do see where some would hate but that is the same case with every rapper. I just enjoy it for what it is.
