Mar 8, 2016 yeah but it made sense of ned and even kind of robb to die. i almost quit the show too when ned did tho lol i just didnt expect to happen in the first season, and i had never read the books back then but, like, im reading them rn (im only on the 2nd) and based off GRRM's style...i feel like Arya, Jon and Tyrion are kind of the real heros of the story. And killing Jon off for real, especially like that, is so f---ing stupid.
Mar 8, 2016 My reaction was about the same when Ned died lmao. I didn't know what kind of show this was, when they chopped his head off and it cut to the credits, I was like "naaaaahhhhh, no way" then next week they show his severed head .. I was still like "Nah this a nightmare Arya must be having" but nah, they really f---in did it. That's when I realized that you can't have favorites on this show. For the past 3 years I was convinced the the story was about Jon, "A song of Fire and Ice" cuz his mother was Lyanna Stark (Ice) and his father was Rhaegar Targeryan (Fire) so it made so much sense. And whenever It didn't, it was also a possibility that Daenerys was the Fire and Jon was the Ice of this story, now I don't know what the f--- is going on anymore. But yeah, I agree.. Jon definitely always felt like the main character of this show after Ned died.
Mar 9, 2016 I became a fan when they decapitated Ned. After building him up as the quintessential hero of the story and then having the brat order his execution, I knew I could f--- with this show/book series.

Mar 11, 2016 It's either a flashback similar to the Cersei flashback in the Season 5 premiere. Or it could be a Howland Reed flashback. He has yet to make an appearance in the books or the show (although his kids accompany Bran to see Bloodraven). He was part of that battle. Either way, considering how important that Battle is in the origins of one of the main characters, I hope they don't screw it up.

Apr 5, 2016 Only 3 more weeks. And after that s--- show that was the Walking Dead finale, I'm as ready as ever. I take this show for granted. So is everyone pretty sure Jon will come back? If so, how long? First episode? 2nd?
