Jun 21, 2016 As far as Jon dying again, remember Beric has died and been revived a few times already. But unlike Beric, Jon is tired of fighting.
Jun 21, 2016 would have been nice but the Starks aren't Ramsay, they gave him what he deserved, nothing more, nothing less.
Jun 21, 2016 Sapochnik said he emailed David and D.B. late one night pitching the idea for that scene. They called it the rebirth scene and filmed it the next day. It wasn't orginally in the script but due to not having enough time to film the remaining scenes in the script Sapochnik came up with that and David and D.B. Said they trusted him and gave the green light.
Jun 22, 2016 Excellent scene, but d--- it, I started feeling claustrophobic watching that scene. I wouldve panicked.
Jun 22, 2016 Of course all Sansa has done all series is cry. Let's see. Ned kills her Direwolf that did nothing wrong because they couldnt find Aryas. She's forced to watch her dad get beheaded. Promised to marry that s--- Joffery, then promised to Tyrion, all which she wanted none of. Almost r---d in Kings Landing before being saved by the Hound. Rescued by Littlefinger only to be given to the Boltons and r---d by Ramsay. Pretty much her whole family murdered except for Jon, and Bran and Arya but which she thinks the last two are dead as well. How is she supposed to be one of the happier characters in the series?
Jun 22, 2016 well that was pretty much her own fault, she stuck up for Joffery's version of events instead of the truth and Arya's when Robert and Ned were questioning them after Joffery got bit
Jun 22, 2016 All time classic episode, gotta be a contender for greatest ever...the shot when the horses are charging at Jon, and he pulls out his sword and waits for them>>>>>>>>>>**** Also the look on Jon's face when he finally emerges from the bottom of the pile, climbs up to the top, and stares down Ramsay...FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
Jun 24, 2016 Jon has balls of steel man Like think about it, this man did basically the most epic thing possible, rode his horse through a bygod hail of arrows by himself toward a literal army, tumbled to the ground, subsequently got up and drew his sword at a wall of charging horses All for his family Jesus this man is the real deal ffs Jon has been my second favorite character for the majority of the show but Tyrion has officially been replaced as my #1 for the first time since early season 1
Jun 24, 2016 Definitely Jon unsheathing Longclaw while a cavalry charges at him (with that dramatic score playing) is one of the greatest GoT scenes ever. Thinking objectively, it was a dumb move and Sansa warned him about falling into Ramsay's trap but in the end it worked. One of those "fortune favors the bold" moments which can be a bit rare in GoT (when not planned out properly).
Jun 26, 2016 I think we'll get her explanation tonight but I think it was a necessary move by her. Ramsay mentioned the difference in numbers before the battle. If Jon and Sansa showed up with an advantage in numbers I don't think Ramsay battles them. He might of waited them out like Roose wanted. She needed Ramsay to believe he had the strength in armies and have the Kotv come in and save the day. Kind of reminded me of when Rob sent 2000 of his men to death so he could capture Jamie. She's showed getting Winterfell back was her main objective, even if it meant Jon dying.
Jun 26, 2016 Spoiler: oh man So R+L = J confirmed tonight. Jon bout to light up the world with oathbreaker
Jun 26, 2016 Well, I really don't think it was a necessary move. it was greedy. Sansa even mentions to Jon the night before the battle that it would be advantageous for Jon to know as much about Ramsay as possible. This would be a perfect time for Sansa to tell Jon about the knights of vale, and all about how he likes to toy with people, his torturous mannerisms, etc. I don't really believe any explanation that she gives, there's no way that she shouldn't have told Jon that Jon had backup on the way. Judging by the preview this might open up for some kind of separation between sansa and jon snow, maybe sansa will get convinced by littlefinger to betray jon or something. The only explanation is that she didn't know if Jon Snow would accept Littlefinger's help or not, due to the Stark's history with him. or that she didnt know that Littlefinger was for sure going to show up at the end.
Jun 26, 2016 What an episode.... but God d--- I need the score for it. Anybody who can get thier hands on it I'll be eternally grateful.
