Jun 28, 2016 and after danerys takes kings landing, and jon snow & co sure enough head there during the onslaught of white walkers coming from the north, they'll need to combine forces to fight to survive against the walkers... i heard this theory like 3 seasons ago which i really really like... i'll put it in spoilers cuz i duno the source, but 99.9% sure it was just a fan theory at the time: Spoiler defenseless against the white walkers, they come to find that the swords in the iron throne are actually made out of valerean steel. they end up having to destroy and melt down the very thing they've all been fighting against each other for so long, in order to create weaponry for everyone to fight together to survive.
Jun 28, 2016 I don't get the hate on Aryas storyine. She went to learn how to become an assassin so she can cross names off her list and get revenge against those who did her and the Starks wrong. She started the season blind and a bagger got her vison back killed the waith came to the realization she could do what she went there to do Left back to Westeros and crossed off a name off her list. I'll admit the stab recovery was pointless and not showing the waith death was bad but otherwise her story arc for this season was fine to me. Now next season hopefully her character storyline will involve her reuniting with Jon, Sansa, and Bran and crossing more names off her list. She learned to wear other people's faces and k---. If the show had done that story in less than 1 season people would be complaining it was rushed.
Jun 28, 2016 Dragonstone has a ton of dragonglass. They could also use that to fight the White Walkers.
Jun 28, 2016 "Perhaps there's still some discrepancy over which Targaryen is the father. Most fans agree that it's Rhaegar, but the Mad King isn't entirely ruled out either; that could explain the presence of the Targaryen soldiers guarding the Tower of Joy, though it's a much less pleasant scenario to consider than the forbidden love story between Rhaegar and Lyanna. (Also, it would mean Jon and Dany are half-siblings; not the best news for fans hoping for an eventual love story for the White Wolf and Mother of Dragons, but then again, romance between siblings isn't exactly unprecedented in Westeros.)"
Jun 28, 2016 How would they have showed her die in a pitch black room? Arya and Waith couldn't see each other, why would we be able to?
Jun 28, 2016 I'm guessing it will be Jon vs Dany and then they will team up to k--- the white walkers. I'm guessing this mainly because of the title of the books " a song of ice and fire". A song signifies a battle and Dany being fire and Jon being ice. I also think they will team up because of the letter GRRM wrote to his potential editor stating the 5 characters that will email alive until the end of the story. From the show however, I got they foreshadowed R + L = J. Also suggest Dany could marry either Jon or Jamie. I think Tyrion will be the one to k--- Cersai. I loved the finale and how they scored it with the Piano and Organ. I bought the soundtrack from iTunes and its f---ing awesome. Loved how they released it immediately after the episode aired. I think it kind of sucks next season is 7 episodes and last season will be 6. I think Dany taking over Westeros is the gianormous battle GRRM referred that will happen at the Winds of Winter.
Jun 29, 2016 Jamie killing Cersei to become Queenslayer and save King's Landing and everyone once again will be a nice dynamic
Jun 29, 2016 RIP Maerg one of the truly good sorta maybe ahh close enough I guess characters in the show besides the Starks Was a nice move killing her though, at first for a split second when Sparrow bit the dust I was like "oh, maybe the explosion isn't that big, gives sweet cunning Maergery enough time to find a quick way out"--NOPE, split second later the entire tri-county area is wiped out with Dragonfire. d--- I love this show.
Jun 29, 2016 the brutal nature of the show merged with its slightly pornographic scenes is the backbone of the series we know as GOT
Jun 29, 2016 Nah the game of thrones blog confirmed it was Rhaegar and tldr And AD was Rhaegars most trusted knight hence why he had sole responsibility guarding Lyanna
Jun 29, 2016 Joffery was a prick but atleast he wasn't as big a p---- as tommen. He would never of let the s--- that went down happen under his reign. Well I should say Tywin. Ironic thing is that Tyrells poisoned Joffery so Margaery wouldn't marry him but that started the chain of events that got their prince and queen killed. Joffery dies, Tyrion is blamed, he kills Tywin who was the real guy calling the shots, Tommen is p---- whipped by Margaery, The High Sparrow comes to Kings Landing, Septor gets blown up, killing everyone. Cersei becomes madqueen. f---ing Tyrells.
Jun 29, 2016 I wonder what Margaery's plan was? It was obvious by the note that she gave Olenna that she had something up her sleeve and was trying to deceive the high sparrow in some way. Too bad we will never know. It seemed like so many character's stories got interrupted mid arch, because Cersei basically nuked the chessboard lol. Margaery was the one I wanted to see unfold Joffrey would have slaughtered all of those faith millitant b------s so quickly. Having Tommen be king actually made me miss Joffrey if that is even possible.
