Apple is a business. Y'all are acting like no other company steals s--- and plays the patent game. This thread was created with anti-Apple bias in mind and it's full of bias with other posters lol.

They(mainly Steve) played the game better than anyone else and won out and now people are salty about it. But given the opportunity, Microsoft or another tech company would've probably done the same thing but I guarantee not as well.

No. you're basing your argument on a "what-if" scenario. Mines based off facts, Jobs went backwards to achieve what he did. You're also speaking s---, windows tablet phones have been around since like way before the first iphone.
I mean Apple tech is less durable as in, they aren't durable and are more-than-likely designed to break within 3 years.

With windows OS i have the freedom to do anything. with Mac OS, there are limitations on f---ing everything.

you get what you pay for? What? Windows is the most popular browser on the face of this planet, it'd make sense for them to be the most targeted OS.

Apple puts ridiculous prices on products for no apparent reason, and they know idiots will buy them.

Haha, really dude? Android only lags on poor build phones. That whole "Android lags" s--- is stupid, and like 5000 years old. It works perfectly with 3rd party apps.

Right now i'm using a Dell PC, the model is a 2006 model. It can run most new games, it isn't slow trash. Actually runs quite well considering it's from 2006.

Show me a Mac from 2006 that can do that? oh wait, you f---ing can't

Hahaha i was bout get you for that I ain't gonna lie. Bruh don't tell me Android doesn't lag when I just had an Android phone and it wasn't on par with iOS! And don't tell me third party apps are fine when I had experience with certain third party apps not working well with my music app and would randomly start playing music even if it was on silent. I called customer support and they specifically said you probably have an app that doesn't communicate with that certain app well. I had to go fishing and see what app was making it do that.

And I was not reaching, Jobs created the 'apps' as we know them today. Maybe someone would have slid in and did it, but they didn't and Jobs did. You aren't even giving credit where credit is due and you're expecting me to do it to MS. (Which I've already admitted had the tech first)

Dell f---ing blows first of all. Second of all my step-sister has a white Macbook from 05 that still works fine. I'm guessing you have a Dell desktop? If its a Dell laptop you're f---ing lying through your teeth about running most new games. And if it's a desktop then there's room for upgrade. Games are designed for Windows in the first place, and Macs are just now catching up gaming wise because it has become so popular on the mobile front that they now see it as a formidable area to invest in.

You are a little wrong there, with the part I underlined. Macs aren't really catching up, they just don't have the compatibility because if you're using Apple products you can only use other Apple products with them, they don't allow third party anything (take your iphone with a screen repair to an apple store and they will 100% tell you it's not an apple product because it had a third party screen replacement). Apple have made their mac's so incompatible with computers that most people who design games just go "well f--- it" when they make games. It's not "Macs are now catching up" it's more so "Macs could have big games on them, but Apple is a jew company which makes it difficult so most people say f--- you and just make it for the PC"

Also, define "works fine" can it run things like Photoshop CS6? blender? 'next-gen' games? Graphics programs?

Sigh... i'm not going to keep making points about this. You guys are just not the ones Apple is targeting as their consumer base and that's fine. But it's pretty silly to say anyone who buys Apple is an idiot as that's certainly not the case.

& @Electrifying I agree. But young Bill Gates was completely different than old Bill Gates. They're too different people and the early Bill Gate was just as much as a f--- as Steve was.

& @InLoveWithTheCOCO , no I didn't say you were correct anywhere. I said I have proof that an 05 Macbook still works fine where as you said they wouldn't. I agree with the closed ecosystem and that's a good reason why games aren't popular on Macs. But they are "improving" which I would say is a better word because now they see a market there that's worth going after. They aren't interested in the AAA games though, more casual games. Also to get back at the closed ecosystem; that is one of my gripes with Apple. Once they lock you into their ecosystem, it's d--- near impossible to get out. But I enjoy their ecosystem especially with the latest updates with Handoff and all that. Being able to use my phone thru my laptop & iPad is really convenient and being able to share files so easily between my devices is extremely convenient for me. I pay a premium for the convenience factor, and I'm not going to lie about that.

Only thing apple has better is the OS. I'd rather an iPhone than an android (Even though i currently have android) because the OS runs a lot smoother however Windows pc's are much better than Macs. Anyone who has a Mac has it for the image nothing else. They are more expensive, slower and the better OS doesn't even matter because the hardware isn't there to support it.

I get what you're saying man, that Apple is garnering people who don't know how to use PC's with a sound ability. I'm just saying if you're smart enough to post on a forum, you're smart enough to use PC products without having to pay that Apple premium. Which is what a lot of Apple users do, say "oh this is easier" but they don't even know the amount of freedom they can have with a PC.

Like with 100% honesty, I would be more than surprised if that 2005 mac could run any of the programs i frequent on my 2006 PC. and then when i questioned it you couldn't even answer. like, i'm not attacking you.
