    Steve Jobs invented some great things, best example is the iPhone, but people worship him like god lmao.. He invented the iPhone, which was great, but other companies have way better phones now. I respect him for inventing the smartphone, but u gotta accept that the iPhone is not up to date since 2008 or so.. but I heard pretty often that he was a f---ing a------

    What research do I need to do? that i haven't already done... enlighten me. I'm lost. quick to say I need to do my research, but not very specific as to what....

    Pretty much the only idea Steve Jobs really can be credited for was the iPhone's touch screen, before that, Smart Phones all had those keyboards, he really brought that into existance, but most of his other 'ideas' were Wozniaks or someone elses.
    I remember at the keynote about the first iPhone, he said no other company would be able to develop a phone as powerful in the next five years, yet within just two, the iPhone was one of the weaker smartphones on the market.

    Bill Gates on the otherhand, is a genius. Steve Jobs was a thieving hippy (r.i.p. tho).

    I wouldn't say apple had the first touch screen, but how they marketed it, people believe it.

    IBM, blackberry, HTC were all making these before. Apple was just quick at it.

    @csw621 man, Steve brought MS into the ground. Arguably one of the worst CEO's to manage a billion dollar corporation.

    They didn't invent the touch screen, nor were they the first to use it. That being said, they were the first to take it seriously when making a smartphone. Without the iPhone, smartphones wouldn't have touch screens today, which means they wouldn't be as userfriendly (therefore not as popular), and our culture would be vastly different.

    Hate bill as much as you want, but if it weren't for Bill "The God" Gates, Apple probably wouldn't be where it is today @LebronFlockaJames

    Lenovo & MS produced the first tablet. Lmao. Apple again... with GOOD MARKETING.

    Are you r-----ed? He has more money than you'll ever see in your life. What's wrong with him being a nerd?
    If I'm not mistaken, his intelligence being superior to Steve Jobs would be a pointer as to why his products and legacy are better.

    I use a mac and I like it. I've had PC's they're great to. Really I'm indifferent.

    I do like that my android let's me play Super Nintendo though. Taking s----s now is great... finally beat Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island last weekend. Been playing since September 2013.... that's a lot of s----s my friends.

    how did they revolutionize the PC in the last 20 years?
    they did the iPhone back in 2007, but since then they revolutionized nothing. Just small hardware updates so the Apple fanboys buy the s--- every year

    There are Linux operating systems with recent versions of the kernel that can work in computers with 16 MB of RAM.

    Yeah Microsoft was big in keeping Apple alive, not going to deny that. Apple ran some microsoft software that kept Apple afloat for a while then they stopped and now apple is running tha game. Believe me I used to be big Apple hater then I saw the light.

    Apple does more than good marketing man. That's just ignorant.
