May 23, 2015 in 1993, snoop was almost definitely the best rapper in the world. i understand having specific taste, but not being able to appreciate the brilliance in different works is just...i don't get it. how can your head be that far in the sand? tupac probably isn't among my twenty most listened to rappers. but he's almost definitely one of the five or six best.
