    Anyone got any tips? Wanna ace it.

    Its a 20 minute talk but ill be up there with a group.

    1. Talk in a confident way (not too fast, loud enough, take care of key-words)
    2. If you're being asked a question: Stay calm and begin your answer with repeating the question in your own words. In the meantine, you think about the perfect answer.
    3. Smile. This is the most important thing.

    Seriously though, I've gotten pretty good at presentations over the last few years, here's what I do:

    If you've got a power point or visuals, write down bullet points on the slides as a resource for yourself. Don't force the speech, just let it come to you off the top. You'll be a lot more engaging this way. Just refer back to your slide on the screen and use that as a roadmap of where you're going with this. If you don't have any visuals, just use a small cue card and pull it out if you need it.

    Don't practice more than you need. Once you feel confident that you know what you're going to say, that should be enough. Otherwise your speech comes off as scripted, which is the quickest way to lose engagement, especially when your presentation is 20 mins.

    Last thing, have fun with it. Make a joke or two, pause to ask the audience questions, and just be loose.

    You'll be good tho.

    Or say, "That's a great question" to give yourself a minute to gather your answer mentally.

    One time for a college English class i did a 30 minute presentation on an Asher Roth song and how it related to a book i was supposed to have read, but didn't. I got an A so I think you can handle this.

    You could start your presentation with "good morning fans" to break the ice
    Use your hands, gotta show that body language and confidence, you don't want them bored dude. You don't want it to be just another presentation. You want to ace it. What's the presentation about?
