Dec 24, 2017 Listen to the new Complex interview with him and Jay just dropped 4:44 years older than Em. There's more evidence Em will continue. The only question is when, not if.
Dec 24, 2017 Most popular based on what? It ain't even top 50 on Spotify. 1 Lose Yourself - Soundtrack Version 333,710,469 2 Monster Rihanna 176,506,872 3 'Till I Collapse Nate Dogg 173,193,508
Dec 24, 2017 I want to know what other megastar has more hits than Em that the average public knows. There is My Name Is, The Real Slim Shady, STAN (b----, he wrote it!!!!), Without Me, Superman, 'Till I Collapse, Lose Yourself, Mockingbird, Just Lose It, When I'm Gone, Love The Way You Lie, Not Afraid, and The Monster. Lots of megastars have multiple hits that everyone knows but as many as Em. Arguments can be made against songs like Mockingbird, 'Till I Collapse, Cleanin' Out My Closet (barely?), Just Lose It, Superman, and The Monster. That still leaves a f---ing lot. People that hate rap and Em know like all these songs. Just wanted to point out how many songs of his that have reached the general public. h---, people that aren't even into music know these f---ing songs. It is f---ing impressive. Regardless of anything else about Em I think this is his biggest accomplishment as a megastar. Some megastars everyone knows but can't recall a single song of theirs. Anyway, I have been drinking. I need to stay off this f---ing thing when I am 'Under The Influence'
Dec 24, 2017 Plus most of Em hits may have been hits to the average person but a number of them were not hits in the rap community.
Dec 24, 2017 In 5 years he will have already dropped his final album. That will contain multiple classics better than Castle and Arose. I am confident he will approach his final album the correct way and drop a gem. Em reflecting on his career knowing he will never drop a solo track the rest of his life SHOULD bring out 100% dopeness. The keyword here is should.
Dec 24, 2017 My point is the songs that transcend past being just 'regular' hits. Songs that go past that are Lose Yourself, My Name Is, Stan, Love The Way You Lie, and a few others mentioned. Ones that 90 year old grandmas know and s---. I don't know how to phrase it but singles that go beyond the general music loving community. I don't know. I think I explained it good enough for people to get what I meant. I f---ing hope. I don't think Em will ever even have another one of those songs. If he will it will be on the album after Revival. That is it. Love The Way You Lie and Not Afraid could possibly be the last time Em shined commercially and was seemingly invincible. This is excluding quality.
