Jun 14, 2017 I'm not trying to justify it at all, I'm just sick of both sides pointing at each other saying "you caused this!" This is something that's always happened throughout U.S. History. As tragic as this event was, I don't think it's any different from any other mass shooting that's happened in the U.S. We have a massive mental health and gun issue in this country. We've known this for years now and nothing is ever done about it.
Jun 14, 2017 They have armed officers roaming airports etc and even more so now with all the s--- going on. Even on trains whilst our terrorism level alert was at the highest. They have specially trained armed forces ready on call when something happens. They generally deal with s--- pretty well over here

Jun 14, 2017 I may be republican but I agree we do need to do something about guns and especially mental health. I think it's useless to blame individual sides in situations like this, people need to come together the best they can. The fault lies on the killers mental health more than anything else.
Jun 14, 2017 We are on a high terrorism alert - but what's your point? The deaths from these attacks are nothing compared to the deaths each week because of gun violence in America... If civilians were armed over here there would have been a lot more deaths in these attacks because it would end up being a bloody s---t out? That's not hard to grasp at all. The amount of times an armed civilian would save someone would be heavily outweighed by the amount of killing the terrorist could do with a gun compared to a knife lol it's exactly that type of backwards thinking which is why that s--- happens in America
