Casual listeners are not nitpicking every line and don't have strong criticism tendencies for Eminem songs. If it sounds good they like it, they don't go into deep analysis of every line.

Yes but the quality has definitely dropped from the days of Forgot About Dre to Old Times Sake. Also it's become more obvious. Having Dre try to rap in his fast flow.

I actually love Refill because his accents were decreased somewhat and his flow improved dramatically along with amazing beats. Forever was really good too, he sounded like half-Recovery half-Relapse. Music Box had a great beat, Elevator hook is so good too. Hooks on Relapse were all great. The worst song is We Made You, everything else is good. I wish there was a Relapse 2 mixtape at least before the new album. I also like Oh No song. Kind of funny. If you combine best songs from Relapse and Encore you're getting a great album actually.

When I say a song is lyrically strong on Relapse it's very different than when I say the same thing about a song in MMLP or TES.

I meant the playing on words and s--- like this. But the content is just Em impersonating serial killers. cause he spent his hiatus watching murderers documentaries.

and honestly, I love hearing Em being himself without giving a single f---.

This goes for the silly songs in Encore, Relapse, HTS, MMLP2, Shady XV, and Southpaw.
