    Was hoping they could finish their overall story with 5 seasons. How much you wanna bet in 5 years they bring it back like they are doing for Heroes and call it Hannibal: Reborn lmao

    They probably still will. A critically acclaimed show like Hannibal is extremely valuable and I highly doubt that NBC is just going to hold onto it. Guarantee they send the rights to someone else.

    I doubt it only because Amazon has the streaming right through next year...I think that ended up hurting the show too. Netflix has a so much bigger audience than Amazon prime and if the first 2 seasons were available on Netflix to watch and catch up on the ratings would prolly have been higher.

    Shows like BB and sons of anarchy took a few seasons to really take off and build huge ratings because people binge watched the old seasons on Netflix after hearing good word of mouth.

    I actually felt the opposite...especially the Fuller interview.

    He has a clear path for a new season and even mentions Amazon by name for a place he could do it.

    I think it's gonna happen

    It's still being shopped to other networks. Really can't imagine NBC sitting on it.

    I blame The Killing. Netflix saved that from being cancelled by AMC twice and I don't think it worked out all that well for them. Imagine them being more hesitant to throw money at another cancelled show after that.

    Really shocked Amazon passed.

    Thry need to give up the f---in streaming rights to the first two seasons if they don't care enough about the show to air the new one.

    That whole episode just threw me for a loop, seriously. One moment this is happening, the next you are like... how did this happen?

    Also, I heard the actors contracts were cancelled too? Can someone confirm this?
