May 11, 2016 I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, but I have zero interest in any of these new movies/books. I'll still cop the book and watch the new movie, but I really don't see the point. Deathly Hallows was such a great f---ing book, and the last 4 books were so good, I don't see how they can beat them. However, I can see them beating the movies. Christ they really failed with the movies. OOTP and HBP were such disappointments. As I said before, I'd LOVE a book or movie about the four founders of Hogwarts though.
May 11, 2016 What I want is a prequel telling the story of Harry and his parents being pursued by Voldemort. The hardcore fans like myself know why Voldemort went after Harry when he was a baby, but it would be great to see the story come to life.

May 11, 2016 ofc it sucks that the play is only being shown in London but having the book version would be awesome...I hope they can get that even if J.K isn't a main author on it I think I would like to get some fresh minds for the creation of this story since its set further in the future. I feel like they can get a little wild when it comes to the storyline due to the length of time passing... I CANT WAITT! I still have all my Harry Potter books and I might revisit them again. May 11, 2016 I've always wanted a Prequel focusing on the original OOTP and the first wizarding war. I feel like Serious Black would be a good main character for a trilogy. Have it end with the battle between him and worm tail and the death of Harrys parents carrying us into the start of the original series.

May 12, 2016 Whatever it is I have faith it will be dope! It's going to a really different story though. Harrys in his 30's/40's in this one. We'll probably get Hogwarts scenes to though since it's supposed to follow both him and his son albus. I really think his kid is going to be the main villain. Edit: or at least a Kylo Ren type role. Working under someone else. f--- how cool would it be if Salazar Slytherin were the big bad?
May 12, 2016 Voldemort and Dumbledore prequel would be great, tbh. Although, we kind of know their entire stories, especially from HBP and DH. Like I said, a prequel of the founders of Hogwarts would be awesome. I've always wanted to see how Slytherin had a falling out with the other 3. I like the idea of The Order of the Phoenix being hunted by Voldemort before Harry was born. That'd be great too. There are a lot of things they can explore within this world. I just feel like Harry's story is finished. Maybe make a sequel, but make it across the world in America or something. Detach yourself from Hogwarts, because there's really nothing left to explore there. You could make movies where they fill in the gaps that the HP movies left out.
May 12, 2016 Since Ron and Harry are in the Aurors office, why not make the sequels a detective series between them? There are SO many things they could do with that, instead of making Harry's kid basically Harry 2.0. Harry and Ron could go on tons of adventures that have zero to do with Hogwarts. One of my favorite things about DH was how it showed them removed from Hogwarts.
May 12, 2016 I posted this earlier but here's my idea for a sequel- the darkness that comes from an unexpected place (From the synopsis) is Albus and Harry. Albus turning to the dark side, Harry creating a horcrux. Harry would begin hallucinating Voldemort, due to his split soul. At the end of part I, Harry is killed by Albus. In the after life he faces off against Riddle once more. If you remember at the end of book 7, Harry asks Tom to show remorse, the only thing that could heal his soul. Harry shows remorse for what he's done and reseals his soul once and for all proving himself to be the better man to voldemort. One of the big themes of the series is love. To tie that theme from the previous 7 books with this one, the reason Albus turns to the dark side is because due to Harry having split his soul, he could not love his son like he was supposed to. But after having healed himself, he returns to save his son. The reason for creating the horcrux? To ensure he would always be there to protect the world. He would feel a responsibility due to his time as the chosen one and this could be his Achilles heal. From the second film Lucious Malfoy: "Let's hope that Mr. Potter is always here to save the day." Harry: "Don't Worry. I will be."
May 12, 2016 This would be awesome but JK would never do that. Somebody said to her, on Twitter, that Harry might've made a Horcrux and she downright said he'd never do that. Harry and Dumbledore are literally pure of heart, in her eyes. I wish they went deeper into Harry being seduced by the dark side in OOTP, but it ended up not materializing, much like Luke Skywalker in Star Wars. I'd love to watch what you just described, but she'll never mess with Harry like that, sadly. I think, if we're going to go the "Cursed Child" route, I think they should introduce Harry and Ron as detective/aurors... Hermione obviously is involved too. And as the new series progresses, Albus Severus slowly materializes as a dark wizard, but it's SLOW and not rushed. I'm telling you, Ron and Harry being aurors would make for an awesome series. They could travel, perform adult spells, go against any form of magic or any type of ordeal, and it could culminate in Harry vs Albus, at some point, some way.
