Royce dropped a line in a freestyle like "f--- anger management, I need to manage my anger" and D12 took it as a diss, since they were on the Anger Management Tour. D12 got into Eminem's ear, and Eminem stopped talking to Royce. Royce then had an interview, and they asked Royce who he didn't like and he said "D12, they're the worst f---ing rap group ever" D12 heard it, released a diss over some 50 Cent beat, I forget which. (Edit: Backdown) Then Royce dropped Malcolm X. The entire beef was on a DVD back in the day. I think it was called Hip Hop Beef or something.
