This was inevitable. Basically HBO Go for those that don't have HBO. $14.99/month is a lot though seeing as HBO is like $9.99

HBO is about $16 through Time Warner Cable. HBO Now is a great option for "cord cutters". I'm hoping HBO Go becomes more accessible for HBO subscribers, they need to expand that service to other devices.

Apparently its a timed exclusive. The streaming services are supposedly reaching other platforms in the future.

I get HBO Canada, but it'd be nice to have access to HBO's entire catalogue.

I'm still waiting for the day a streaming service lets me make my own programming block. It'd be nice to have an automated playlist that would play the various shows simultaneously in a "block." Like, an episode of Futurama, then Breaking Bad, then Friends, etc. whatever you add to the programming block.

It would be great for people who don't have the self restrain to not binge watch, want to watch multiple series at a time conveniently, or for parents who want to program a mix of shows to make a "channel" for their kids.

I don't know if it's Canadian only but I've been seeing a lot of commercials for "Crave TV." The ad says $4 a month and they have pretty much every HBO show along with shows from numerous other networks. Seems like a much better option than paying $15 a month.

I have service through Charter. It's $7 a month for each cable box in th house. So instead of adding a cable box to each room, I just downloaded the apps for the channels I watch (FX, Showtime, HBO, etc., which all allow on demand service, as well as live channel streaming), on the XBox's in different rooms, and only have a cable box in the living room. HBOGO has an app for Apple products already, too. If you pay for HBO through most cable providers, you can already get it free on most devices.

It's a service provider exclusive. Only available to Bell users, if I remember correctly.

I'll just stick with using a friends HBO Go account and buying the DVDs when they come out to support the show I watch. Only shows i watch from HBO are Game of Thrones and The Wire anyways, and I own those both on DVD.
