    Very well said Fitz. Everything in music seemed to matter so much more back then.

    Also I agree with the OP, 2000-05 were my favorite years in rap.

    I absolutely hate the majority of 2010s rap though. Just feels so empty and meaningless to me now. Artists aren't interesting to me like they used to me. Might just be because I'm older now, idk. Everybody usually tends to love the era they grew up with the most.
