    I think it's so hard to compare the decades because the music made has been so different in each of them.

    It's like comparing the early-00s Pop Punk music to Pyschadelic Rock from them late-60s. It's easy to do by preference, but when you start trying to go into detail it gets very hard to compare.


    I agree that the volume of classics from the 90s far surpasses that of the 00s, but there are a lot of classics from the 00s that are better than the majority of those from the 90s.

    90s is better overall but early 2000s was the peak to me. Rap fell off hard after 2006.

    I imagine most of the members who voted for the 2000's is young/new listeners, cant get mad at that

    You said several times I liked dust rappers, said 'a future only version of I got the keys please'. And now about platinum without feats who cares? 10's have some great rappers (and a lot of s-----y clones/cringe rappers) but the 90's were amazing so were the 00's
