Aug 21, 2017 Statistical Differences exist between the races. Partially due to genetic (selective) circumstances and also to do with demographic difference between the races. Now the genetic differences are almost entirely physical. The intellectual difference (capacity to learn) might exist genetically. But on an individual level it's negligible. "Moral Constitution" is socialized into people. How people think and behave is entirely down to socialization. Not inherent genetic factors.
