wake up, quick shower, get gym clothes, get headphones, go running (gym in summer tho, not the biggest fan of running outside in 400,000 degree dry heat), go back home, shower, eat & watch an ep of whatever show i'm catchin up onAlpha, Ordinary Joel and Deadpool like this. -

-eat breakfast. too many people don't do this. you need food in your system to get yourself energized
- watch something motivational/inspirational on youtube
