The OP should get a tattoo that extends over his belly and goes down to just above his d-ck... Then just never wear a shirt. When girls ask to see it, say it was for his fiancee who died of cancer... Is it me, or do you guys have more lucking picking up females you weren't going after than girls you were going after?

i feel when i don't try or care i end up with something. It just sounds like you're putting too much effort into this. Some things just happen naturally, work on yourself rest will come

Idk if it was providential or karma, but I actually got a callback on basically my dream job today. About a 30k raise with just an all around better job, it would be life changing to get it and would put my degree to use. I was feeling pretty down when I made this thread honestly, but y'all gave some solid advice. One of the things I do appreciate about S.80 is the respect most people get treated with when they are asking for it, and a touchy subject like this y'all helped me think differently without belittling me.

The biggest take away I got: 23 isn't some sort of death sentence. I'm literally in the prime of life and should focus on just doing me and letting what comes, come. Putting worry into me never finding someone does nothing for me, and actually probably sets me back as women can sniff out weakness like desperation or insecurity. So that's what ima do. Ima ball tf out whether I get this new job or not.

And I understand the frustration with my Dad, but he genuinely didn't mean ill, he's just a concerned parent and I know alot of it comes from my mother who really views success ad whether her kids are married or not. It's an old way of thinking and she's not gonna change that tbh. But I'm just going to take it as they love me and just want me to be happy and not miss out. Yeah it kinda made me hyper self aware, but y'all really did help me see how good I currently have it and not to worry about finding someone ASAP.

I was in a similar state at about the same age now, I started worrying that I'd never settle down and have children so I started letting any and everybody in. I ended up in a hotel or relationship for 4 years of my like that produced 2 beautiful children into a broken home. I eventually ended my relationship and took time off yo discover who I was. I didn't date or f--- anyone for an entire year, my focus was to be a better person, father, son etc. I stopped looking for love and workes on myself and my faith. I eventually met up with a high school crush I hands seen in over 10 years and we've been together for 3 years and have a beautiful daughter together as well as custody of my 2 older children. I'm 30 now soon to be 31. I didn't find my one true love till I was 28 and I knew it when I seen her. How f----- are you, you ask? Not at all. Take your time, be the person you want to attract. Hope this helps and don't rush just bc you feel you have to. Nothing good comes from not being ready.
