how about you "settle down" calling a guy with one great album the best rapper to ever live.

i dont think you appreciate his albums as much as other people if you dont rate him in the top 10 from the last 2 years.....
and the majority of this forum will agree with me

Well after that huge misstep, I gotta say:

I'm almost 100% positive there is a reason both Eminem AND Kendrick are not in your "top 50".

Certainly there is no correlation there though.... Hmmmm. But that's another can of worms of it's own, I'll stick to this can atm.

WPG do me a favor and list 4 more albums.

    1) Pluto and Honest
    2)
    3)
    4)
    5)

I will listen to these said albums and if I think even ONE is better than TPAB then I guess you're right and my argument (that you failed to address properly) is flawed.

I'm going to check for a quote when I wake up and if you didn't give me any albums I'm going to be very disappointed.

Also for reference, where/what do you rank It's Dark and h--- Is Hot?

@Final what argument did i fail to address?

rappers who first two albums are, collectively, better than kendrick's first two:

    big, ghostface, redman, nas. easy.

Kendrick at death right now would compare to any legend you put him up against......

He was the only modern rapper to get a clip in the NWA movie credits.... Game didn't even get a look in....

We need to appreciate him now while we are witnessing it because one day he will be immortalised...

Some of the stuff Big and Pac did is still relevant today. Their music is timeless.

I wouldn't say any of those besides maybe redmans are collectively better. It's funny that you mentioned nas. I always saw GKMC as kendrick's illmatic. I thought he wouldn't live up to it but TPAB surpassed it imo. I'd rank em like this

    Illmatic>Ready to Die>Whut?>TPAB>GKMC>DIAD>Life After Death>Scarface Is Back>It Was Written>TWIY
