You're talking a lot but that's about it. This "wage gap" is NOT the result of "discrimination". That's not even an argument, that much has been proven.

We can also go over the statistics in reference to not only the higher grad rate of women to men, but of the fact that women have an easier time/are more likely to be accepted into these schools. That'd be the start.

But so far, all any of you have came back with is " b-b-but society!". Your argument boils down to one of two things;

1. Women generally make choices which YOU don't agree with, therefore think you're in a position to refer to those choices as an "issue", or

2. Women are so mentally weak that, despite the fact that it's statistically easier and more likely for them to be accepted into and graduate university, as well as higher likeliness of employment in particular STEM fields, they allow some magical force of evil to guide them into lesser positions (funny because the only people I see telling women they can't do something, is feminists).

Which is it?

People are influenced by their environment and the people around them, especially as they grow up (notice how I said both men and women, but you fail to say anything about that lol) this is a proven fact and common sense

And are you seriously saying that society doesn't have gender stereotypes? Even subconsciously? Because, again, that's dumb

And all of your evidence (that you've not stated explicitly from, merely quoted if you're getting anal with me) is from a single source that is 7 years old (as you quickly abandoned the credibility of your other source once BC exposed it as the anti feminism blog lol).

Now, I've heard that:
1. Older sources are less accurate as time moves on and become increasingly irrelevant
2. Relying on a single source as a basis for a whole argument is bad form as it leads to the inherent bias of the information to come through as well as lead to a very narrow perspective

But that might just be me

Internet arguments never lead anywhere, especially with someone as adamant as you on their beliefs, and I have s--- to do tomorrow so I need to sleep

I've provided the government CONSAD report making the EXACT conclusions I'm stating right now, as well as that "anti-feminist blog" which, as I had stated multiple times, I only provided because at the bottom there are at least 4 dozen additional sources (even linking to FEMINIST sources which know better than to accept what you say as reality). I'm not copy/pasting all 40+ links, as I had already stated.

And we can also go over college statistics, though those don't matter since you believe women are mentally weak and allow choices to be made for them despite the plethora of advancement options provided to them.

All this, and still waiting for ANYTHING to back up what you say.
