    J. Cole and his singing. I personally like it, but I know a lot of people think it's hella annoying.

    Oh, and Kid Cudi and his beat choice. Sounds like he's getting back to his MOTM days with MOTM3 though.

    If you wanted to improve him, i'd say make his content reflect his age.
