    What assumptions did he make based on his race? That he was white ppl, or that he wanted mild curry?

    "white ppl" = short hand for "probably not used to Indian cuisine. Go easy." Maybe he should have taken the time to write that all out to avoid committing this micro aggression.

    Cultural differences exist and tolerances for different foods can easily be a part of that. Obvsly it's over generalizing to assume ALL white people cant handle spice. But it's a stretch to call it racist. That's a loaded word that white people have the luxury of using to describe small, purely semantic s--- like this.
